Jenny

Jenny has over 20 years of invaluable experience working & managing in accounting, manufacturing, retail, hospitality and small business.  Jenny has vast knowledge in the areas of accounting, taxation, bookkeeping, purchasing & sales and accounting programmes. She has also managed payroll for up to 500 employees.

Jenny started this business in 2000 after seeing a great need for a bookkeeping service that offers excellence in service & understanding of how small business works. 

She also offers affordability and a commitment to sharing knowledge with business owners so that they have better financial control and understanding of their own business.

Since 2000 the business has grown substantially due to word of mouth referrals by both clients and accountants. As proof of this Jenny now manages a team of ten, each experts in their own field. 

All work is either completed or administered by her and most days she is out onsite managing accounts for her clients.

Annette has brought to our team years of bookkeeping and office management knowledge.

Regular administration and co-ordination between clients, suppliers, employees and contractors has given Annette invaluable insight into administration and bookkeeping procedures.

Annette specialises in MYOB and is proficient in data entry, reconciliation, debtors/creditors, payroll, superannuation, compliance & BAS preparation.

Annette has completed Cert IV in Financial Services. Being friendly, proficient and an honest, open communicator, Annette makes an easy transition into any business.

Amanda's prior experience in owning and operating her own business has given her the confidence and knowledge to offer Cando clients support for their bookkeeping and administrative procedures, together with outstanding customer service skills.

Amanda is professional, reliable, friendly, and diligent and will be a valuable asset to your business. She is highly self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and is able to work independently as well as part of your team.

Amanda specialises in MYOB and can offer your business the high level bookkeeping you are looking for, from reconciliation, financial reporting including BAS & PAYG to Payroll, Superannuation and Workcover.

Christine has over 10 years experience in Bookkeeping and Office Administration. She also offers a friendly out going personality and excellent communication skills.

The majority of Christine's service has been spent working in close collaboration with Accountants which has supported her development and knowledge of all aspects of Bookkeeping including a wide variety of business accounts. Specifically, Christine has capabilities in data entry, bank reconciliation, general ledger reconciliation, debtors/creditors, BAS and payroll for up to 500 employees. Christine can bring your accounts up to Trial Balance and Profit & Loss stage, ready to hand over to your Accountant at the end of year.

Previously a manager for a large Australian Corporation, Jacqueline moved to the Sunshine Coast in 2000 for a sea change. Jacqueline has now focused on small business bookkeeping; specialising in both MYOB and QuickBooks.

One of Jacqueline's interests is streamlining administration procedures and processes within an organisation, no matter how large or small, to improve efficiencies.

Jacqueline builds a strong rapport with Cando clients by providing valuable support along with an accurate, reliable, efficient and prompt bookkeeping service.

Jacqueline is qualified with a Certificate IV in Financial Services (Bookkeeping) and she is currently studying for a Diploma of Accounting.

With her Business Accounting Degree and over 15 years of experience in company accounting and bookkeeping both nationally and internationally, Karen is able to offer Cando clients support in all their business bookkeeping and administration requirements. Her experience covers bookkeeping in smaller and mid-sized organisations in various industries including solicitors, computer outsourcing services, air-conditioning sales and furniture retail

Karen is proficient in MYOB and has experience in MYOB retail manager & Quickbooks. Karen provides a wide range of administration and bookkeeping services including general bookkeeping functions, data entry, payroll, reconciliation, BAS processing, end of year support and budgeting.

Karen is friendly, honest, approachable and has the ability to "fit in" any business environment.

Manuela has over 17 years of office and accounting experience within large international organisations as well as small businesses. She holds a Business Administration Diploma as well as a Certificate IV in Financial Services –Accounting.

She is proficient in all aspects of MYOB including payroll through to BAS & EOY reporting. Manuela is also conversant in many office administration programmes.

Manuela applies her experience to assist our clients with all aspects of their business bookkeeping. She is professional, friendly, outgoing, approachable and reliable.

Beverley is a degree qualified accountant with experience in both tax accounting and company accounting. As such she has a very good understanding of all aspects of the accounting & bookkeeping functions from data entry to financial statements.

With a high degree of initiative and reliability Beverley is able to adapt to each role, make effective decisions and become a valuable asset to your business. With an eye for detail and an analytical mind, Beverley can help you to maximise the efficiency of your bookkeeping system. Beverley has extensive experience in MYOB software products. She is a MYOB bookkeeper partner and also works with Quickbooks. Beverley is a member of the Australian Bookkeepers Network (ABN), the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) and is a BAS Agent. In addition to her accounting degree, Beverley has a post graduate diploma in professional accounting.

Lois has over 30 years of bookkeeping and office management experience in a wide variety of small businesses. Using both MYOB & QuickBooks, Lois is proficient in data entry, bank and credit card reconciliations, debtors/creditors, payroll, superannuation compliance & BAS preparation, together with being self-motivated and exhibiting a high degree of initiative where needed. Her expert services also cover troubleshooting, company set-up, end of year support and on-going maintenance

Lois is able to work independently or as part of your team. She can offer your business the high level bookkeeping you are looking for; together with assisting you in managing your business. She can liaise with your Accountant, ATO and Bank for a seamless flow of information. Lois is diverse and can do as much or as little as you would like in your business; you decide.

Richard has managed the finances of multiple businesses over many years from a hands on level to a strategic decision making level. He has been involved with a vast array of businesses, ranging from small family owned businesses to large publicly owned companies. He can now share this knowledge and expertise with our Cando clients. Richard is enthusiastic and friendly with excellent people skills; making him a great part of our team and yours.

Richard is proficient in both MYOB & Quick Books.

Vicki brings to our team 25 years of bookkeeping experience, within many diverse industries including; Retail, Importers, Construction, Accountancy, Marketing, Hospitality, Marina Management and much more.

Specialising in MYOB, she has gained vast experience in all facets of administration and bookkeeping over this period of time.

The Cando Accounts client base, which covers many different industry sectors, has great appeal for Vicki.

Vicki provides expert services covering troubleshooting, company set-up, end of year support, on-going maintenance, regular data entry and bookkeeping. Vicki has a Diploma of Accounting and also is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians.
